Estimated Duration of Delivery
The delivery period is displayed on the product page. When the package will be delivered can be viewed on the "My Basket" page, i.e. after entering your delivery address and desired delivery company.
In the event that the ordered items cannot be delivered by the manufacturer, due to the manufacturer not being able to fulfil their contractual obligations, we have the right to withdraw from the order. The customer will be informed immediately.
Please note that our packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Austria, thus our Customer Support Team is not available on Austrian public holidays, nor are order processed or packages dispatched on these days.
Austrian Postal Service
In United Kingdom the delivery is carried out by the Austrian Post. When an order is placed before Friday 12:00 o'clock (CET) and all the ordered products are in stock, the order will be processed on the same day. Delivery in 5 - 7 working days is the general duration for parcels being shipped to United Kingdom.
An order confirmation email is sent if the order placement is successful. The dispatch email containing the tracking number is forwarded to the email address provided once the order ships. The tracking number can be used to follow the tracking progress.
Depending on the delivery company selected, the tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be visible on the tracking page after the receipt of the dispatch email.
The estimated dispatch and delivery dates are displayed on the product pages and in "My Basket".
Our courier partners do their best to deliver orders in a timely fashion. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.

Parcels delivered to United Kingdom are carried out by DHL Express.
The order shall be processed on the same day when an order is placed before Friday 12:00 o'clock given that the ordered products are in stock. Once the parcel has been shipped it is estimated to reach its destination within Delivery in 5 - 7 working days
An order confirmation email is dispatched when an order is placed successfully. A shipping email is sent to the email address that we have on file in the evening on the day the parcel is dispatched. This email contains the tracking number assigned to the parcel. The tracking status can be traced using this code.
The expected delivery dates are displayed on both the product and checkout pages.
The shipping companies used strive to deliver the parcels as quickly as possible, however, unforeseen delays may occur, oftentimes as a result of weather conditions or high parcels volumes.
We care about the environment, and so should you!
The filling material used is 100% biodegradable - and suitable for composting. Glass containers are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection against breakage.
Our boxes are made from pure carton and can be disposed of in waste paper refuse.
Delivery of Bulky Items
Bulky items are delivered via a mailing department (freight forwarder). In principle, items are delivered to the curb of the specified address. If delivery directly to an apartment door is preferred, individual requests may be honored for an extra charge.
Our goods are dispatched from Austria which is part of the European Union. For orders placed within the European Union, VAT is included in the total purchasing price. Thus the movement of goods is exempt from any additional customs and tax duties within the European Union.
Goods being shipped to Helgoland, the Canary Islands and Åland may incur additional taxing and custom duties as a result of special trade agreements that are in place.
